Your fitter came out today. He said that my units weren’t that old. It was really the noise that I wanted to get rid of. He said they were not that noisy. Of course I have no idea. The bottom line is your man was very honest and suggested I stick with what I have as he couldn’t guarantee new ones would be any less noisy.
I want you to know that I very much appreciated his honesty. It’s little touches like that that makes me still have faith in humanity.
